Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking an exempt Dental Implant Fellow on the Mesa, Arizona campus. The one-year, part-time Dental Implant Fellowship program is designed to provide the fellow with training in implant dentistry, including both surgical placement and restorative procedures.     Summary A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is immediately available to investigate the mechanisms of gut nutrient sensing and brain reward systems by intestinal Intrinsic Primary Afferent Neurons (IPANs) and their roles in obesity and diabetes development as part of an R01 funded project in Dr. Sinju Sundaresan’s laboratory at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, IL. We are seeking hard-working, highly motivated, detail-oriented candidates with background in neuroscience and experience in rodent survival surgery, stereotaxic surgery, electrophysiology, rodent behavioral evaluation combining opto- or chemo-genetics, fiber-photometry, and head-mount miniature microscopy to join our research team.
