This position reports to the Associate Dean Clinical Affairs and Director of Programs. The Director of Student Medical Education position is primary faculty at core clinical training site responsible to supervise and direct the clinical education of KCOM third and fourth year medical students. This position is responsible to make decisions that will maximize the clinical experience for students as a whole, to manage emergent needs of clinical rotations, and to coordinate the curriculum delivery within the region.
