General Maintenance Worker POSITION: Full-Time General Maintenance Worker (Maintainer II): Building and Grounds; Lawrence (45 Franklin St.) and Haverhill (100 Elliott St.) campuses; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm; AFSCME Unit II Position SUMMARY: The basic purpose of this work is to perform various manual tasks required for the routine maintenance of the buildings and grounds of an educational campus.
