Johnson County Community College Position: Recruiter Department: Student Success & Engagement Type of Position: Full-time Hourly Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No Starting Salary Range: $16.31-$20.77 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: Recruit and enroll prospective students in assigned recruitment territory and serve as a primary source of Johnson County Community College (JCCC) knowledge for students, educational partners, and community stakeholders. Required Qualifications:
Requires an Associate's Degree.
Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline.
Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
