Program Assistant, Service & Leadership Initiatives Job Summary: The Center for Leadership & Community Engagement (CLCE) at Rollins College is seeking a part-time Program Assistant! The Service & Leadership Initiatives Program Assistant will be immersed in hands-on experiences that focus on both academic and student affairs, as it relates to Community Engagement & Leadership Development. The Service & Leadership Initiatives Program Assistant creates intentional intersections between community engagement & leadership development initiatives with the goal of engaging students in high-impact co-curricular experiences. The Program Assistant will leverage the skills and competencies necessary to contribute to the following:
Serve as the Co-supervisor for the Service & Leadership Student Coordinators
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 4 Service & Leadership Student Coordinators.
