HVAC/Maintenance Mechanic Job Summary: Rollins College is currently seeking a service-oriented HVAC/Maintenance Mechanic to join their Maintenance team. Essential Job Functions Performs routine service and make basic repairs to existing installations of water, waste disposal, HVAC systems, and minor electrical systems. Acts as the sole representative for the Maintenance Department on Saturday shifts. You must be able to work without supervision and respond to all maintenance calls when no other maintenance staff are on campus.
