Assistant Sailing Coach Job Summary: The Rollins College Athletics Department welcomes applications for an Assistant Sailing Coach! The assistant coach will work closely with the Varsity Sailing Coach and is responsible for assisting in the coaching of the sailing program including: administrative duties, recruiting, budget management including the purchasing, caring for and keeping an inventory of all equipment. Additional duties may include program management, planning and scheduling practices, games, transportation, meals and public relations. Primary Responsibilities Teach and track the skills of competitive sailing from the fundamentals to the mental aspects necessary for success.
