After School Program - Staff Lead (Temporary Employee Pool) Primary Purpose: The University of the Pacific, Harold S. Jacoby Center partnered with Stockton Unified School District to provide after school program services to elementary students enrolled in Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). The After School Program Staff Lead plays a vital frontline support role in the success of the ELOP program. This individual assists in maintaining the structure, systems, and smooth daily operations of after-school programming at their assigned school site. While not responsible for performing the duties of the Site Program Facilitator or organizational supervisor, the Staff Lead serves as a bridge between staff, school site leaders, and their organization, helping to onboard new staff, assist with attendance processes, and ensure consistent communication and coordination.
