Behavior Specialist Primary Purpose: Responsible for implementing all program services, skills training, individual treatment intervention and mediation between agencies under the direct supervision of the Applied Behavior Analyst. Provides indirect support and supervision of peer recovery staff. Position has identified one-year funding. Continuation of this position is based on availability of funds. Essential Functions: Implements all behavioral interventions as assigned. Facilitates referrals, behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment plans. Provides treatment updates to referral source. Records progress towards individual interventions. Maintains client records. Participates in interagency meetings and trainings. Supports the development and implementation of individual recovery plans for referrals. Meet 60% agency billing requirement based on a 40-hour work week.
