Staff Therapist I Primary Purpose: The Staff Therapist I is a professional in a psychology related field responsible for providing mental health services that reduce barriers and create opportunities for greater academic achievement and student success. This position is a supervised, level I (entry-level) position. Essential Functions: Provides group, individual, couples therapy, and psychoeducational workshops to a culturally diverse college student body in accordance with the university statement on diversity and inclusion. Provides preventative outreach/programming and trainings, and represents CAPS at campus events such as orientation, critical incident debriefing, and workshops on an as needed basis.
