Director of Risk Management and Insurance Primary Purpose: Reporting to the CFO and EVP for Finance and Operations, the Director of Risk Management & Insurance is responsible for building and administering the University's risk management and insurance programs. This position directs and leads the development of risk management strategies and related policies and procedures. They influence University risk owners to manage and mitigate operational risks. Essential Functions: Insurance and Risk Management Financing: Identify exposures, analyze and evaluate risks, and oversee the placement of insurance programs, including property, casualty, educator's legal liability, cyber, and more.
