ATSU - Associate Dean Strategic Partnerships & Healthcare Workforce Development Description The Associate Dean for Strategic Partnerships and Healthcare Workforce Development serves as a senior member of the College for Healthy Communities leadership team and provides executive leadership for the College's regional partnership strategy across California's Central Coast. Working collaboratively with academic leaders and external partners, the Associate Dean leads implementation of the CHC Regional Healthcare Education and Workforce Partnership Framework by developing strategic partnerships, educational pathways, workforce collaborations, employer engagement initiatives, and externally funded projects that strengthen the regional healthcare workforce while advancing the College's educational mission.
