PRIMARY PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residence Life Graduate Assistant for Leadership and Programming (LPGA) will assist with the implementation and evaluation the residential programming model, emphasizing competencies including student engagement, positive relationships, student success, leadership, community, social justice, and wellness. The LPGA will assist in the budget management of residential programming model. The LPGA will oversee the Resident Assistant Office and assist with overseeing the resident assistants' use of the Student Involvement Resource Center (SIRC).
