Job Description: The part-time Tutor Lab Manager manages the daily operations of the TRIO Student Support Services tutoring lab, as well as provides tutoring services. This individual will assist the TRIO Student Support Services Director in recruiting and hiring new professional and peer tutors; offer guidance and technical instruction to tutors about methods and techniques for ensuring relevant and courteous service; manage all in-person and online tutoring services; and keep records and generate a variety of reports to ensure compliance with program goals.
