The Gallogly College of Engineering at the University of Oklahoma invites applications for a tenured-faculty leadership position as Director of our Engineering Pathways program. We are seeking an accomplished leader who has a strong understanding of and vision for engineering education. The position will be supported through the endowed Brock Chair in Engineering Pathways. The Director will be expected to make significant contributions to engineering student success through leading a team of passionate faculty, collaborating with faculty and leadership across the college, and developing and executing strategy in support of the college goal to grow the number of engineering graduates.
Engineering Pathways (EP) was launched in 2022 and currently has 12 faculty who are dedicated to teaching and mentoring engineering students early in and throughout their academic journey.
