ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT III Position Number: S-3888 Position Summary: The Administrative Office Assistant III ( AOAIII ) provides complex secretarial and administrative support to the Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences ( CLASS ) and serves as the primary point of contact for the CLASS Dean’s Office. This position supports daily operations of the Dean’s Office, coordinates logistics for college events such as speaker series and alumni visits, and handles expense reconciliation for Dean’s Office staff. The AOA III supervises approximately four student workers supporting the Dean’s Office. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED .
