Coordinator, Housing Operations and Logistics Job Description Summary: Under direction, manages the administration of work order requests from housing residents; liaison with Facilities Management Services to resolve maintenance work orders requested by residents; responsible for coordinating scheduled cleaning with Housekeeping, responsible for housing key management and process development; and analyze data related to key areas of responsibility to strategize and improve processes. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
