Group Practice Coordinator - College of Dental Medicine R-0002689 Joplin Campus Job Type: Staff Job Description: The Group Practice Coordinator (GPC) is the administrative and operational facilitator for the Group Practice Comprehensive Care Clinic at the College of Dental Medicine. The GPC is the primary contact for patient communication within the group practice. Responsibilities include management of the group practice, coordination of patient appointment scheduling and student clinical scheduling (appointments). The GPC instructs the students in clinical operations and oversees the student business operations daily within the practice, tracks missing charges, approvals and lab cases. In addition, the GPC coordinates with the Group Practice Leader for patient assignment to students to support timely quality patient care while providing optimum educational experiences for students.
