ERP Systems Engineer POSITION: Full-Time ERP Systems Engineer (Staff Associate): Information Technology Services; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours per week; Non-Unit Professional Position. SUMMARY: The ERP Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the institution's enterprise resource planning environment built on Ellucian Banner. This position provides technical administration and operational support for Banner application servers, middleware platforms, and integration technologies that support institutional systems. The engineer will manage and support Banner infrastructure components including Oracle Database, Apache Tomcat, Jenkins, Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and Oracle APEX.
