ALAS Program Coordinator - Part time Department: Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Location: Grand Rapids, MI The program coordinator for the Assisting Latinos to Achieve and Succeed (A.L.A.S.) Program will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of personal, academic and career student development interventions in support of the College's effort to increase student persistence, certificate/degree completion, and successful transfer to four-year institutions. The role includes grant management, recruitment and supervision of peer mentors and summer program facilitators, coordination of daily activities of the programs, outreach efforts, program development, non-academic student coaching, academic progress monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
