East Stroudsburg University (ESU) is hiring a Director of the University Center. The Director is responsible for leading the strategic operations of the new 109,000 sq. ft. University Center opening in March 2026. The University Center includes student support services, bookstore, theatre, food court, art gallery, ballroom, conference spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges. The Director is responsible for creating an inclusive vibrant environment focused on providing exceptional customer service related to building operations, student engagement, and event coordination. To be successful in this position, candidates should have demonstrated experience in building operations, fiscal management, and personnel supervision. As the Director of the University Center, you will be an active member of the Economic Development & Entrepreneurship team.
