The Help Desk Coordinator provides operational leadership for the IT Help Desk, ensuring high‑quality, timely technical support services for students, faculty, and staff across all campuses. This role supervises daily Help Desk operations while also providing hands‑on technical support including but not limited to setting priorities, assigning work; scheduling shifts and ensuring deadlines are met. Job Purpose: This position will provide technical support for personal computers on each campus including hardware repair, software installations and upgrades, printers and user support and assistance.  This position will also ensure that equipment replacement schedules are followed and lab, classroom and employee computers are kept up to date according to established refresh procedures.
