The AI Specialist supports the implementation of COMPASS by providing instructional, technical, and operational assistance related to AI literacy, faculty-led pilot projects, and responsible use of AI tools. This position works directly with faculty, staff, and students to translate project goals into practical applications while supporting ethical use, accessibility, and institutional alignment. This position is primarily located on the Williamson, TN Campus and is grant funded through December, 2029. The Success Navigator provides comprehensive support services to all students participating in the Rural RNs Rise (R3) grant with a focus on removing barriers to student success and facilitating completion of healthcare pathway programs.
