The Men's Head Baseball Coach will develop a highly competitive men’s baseball program, consistent with the student athlete philosophy of TCCAA/NJCAA Division I, which generates college and community enthusiasm and support. This is a 10-month position (August through May) located on the Columbia, TN Campus.   Essential Functions Serve as men’s baseball coach including recruiting, organization of practice, game scheduling, and promotion of the program.  Works within approved budgets and manage scholarship, operating, travel and fundraising budgets for the program. Maintains appropriate record keeping for program including, but not limited to: up-to-date statistical reports for NJCAA; student-athlete graduation and transfer statistics; files of student-athletes’ records to assist with eligibility; meets Columbia State and NJCAA deadlines for statistics, eligibility, etc. Monitor men’s baseball student-athlete progress including class attendance, academic...
