Serve as a primary point of contact for undergraduate prospective students, applicants, and newly admitted students, providing timely, accurate, and student-centered guidance via email, phone, virtual, and in-person interactions.
Advise prospective students on undergraduate academic program options, admission requirements, application processes, deadlines, and next steps toward enrollment.
Review undergraduate admission applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, including transcripts and other required materials, and track application progress through established systems.
