  The primary responsibility of this faculty member is to coordinate and deliver instruction throughout the School’s pharmacotherapeutics and pharmacy practice curriculum with a focus on ambulatory care and chronic disease state management in both the traditional and online pathways. Additional teaching assignments may be designated at the discretion of the Chair of Pharmacy Practice. The faculty member will maintain an active ambulatory care clinical practice that supports direct patient care, population health initiatives, and interprofessional collaboration. The individual will serve as a preceptor for Doctor of Pharmacy students in both Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs), fostering the development of clinical reasoning, patient-centered care, and professional competencies.
