Workforce Program Development Lead POSITION: Full-Time Workforce Program Development Lead (Staff Associate): Corporate and Community Education; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours per week; Non-Unit Professional Position. This position is grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of funding. Continuation of the position is dependent on ongoing grant support and may be subject to termination if funding is reduced or discontinued. SUMMARY: The Workforce Program Development Lead will initiate the strategic research, design, and project management of high-impact workforce development initiatives. This role is focused on the innovation, launch, and pilot phases of new programs, creating scalable, industry-aligned training models that will transition to operational departments for ongoing delivery.
