The Research Assistant (RA) will support the implementation of the Equity-Focused Participation Assessment Toolkit (EPAT), a project funded by the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) Emerging Innovators Grant. The position provides hands-on experience in educational research, data collection, and equity-focused curriculum development in medical education.
