Description: Reporting to the President, the Executive Dean of Teaching and Learning provides academic leadership of faculty, academic divisions, and the quality of teaching and learning across the institution. As the College’s Chief Academic Officer , the Executive Dean is the chief academic administrator for the College, working in collaboration with members of the Executive Leadership Team and stakeholders across campus, in the SUNY system, and among local businesses and industry partners. The Executive Dean of Teaching and Learning fosters a culture of student success. They will effectively communicate and build positive relationships with all areas of the College to advance institutional priorities. The Executive Dean provides guidance for innovative program changes, teaching and learning development, and the use of new technologies to enhance student experience and faculty development.
