PROSPERAR Pathway Coach - PT The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach works collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, identities and life experiences. As a representative of one or more of the seven communities, this position centers on clearing the path for students to graduate, with targeted strategies to meet the needs of Hispanic and low-income students. The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will help students gain access to resources when most needed. Programming is focused on student skill development in time management, long-term planning, study skills, and self-advocacy to support academic retention and completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for SUNY Plattsburgh’s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). Reporting to the Director of Access and Opportunity Programs (AOP), this position ensures the effective delivery of academic, personal, and financial support services designed to promote equity, access, and student success for historically underrepresented, first-generation, and low-income students. The Director leads program planning, assessment, and compliance, while also serving as the primary liaison to SUNY System Administration, the campus community, and external stakeholders.
