To support and enhance the mission of the Office of Residence Life (RLO), the Assistant Director is responsible for fostering an engaging and inclusive residential environment that supports student learning, belonging, and leadership. This position directly supervises approximately eight (8) Resident Assistants (RA) and oversees a residential area of approximately 194 residents.
