Assistant Director, Student Development & Fraternity/Sorority Housing Job Summary: The Office of Residence Life seeks an Assistant Director, Student Development & Fraternity/Sorority Housing to join their fun, motivated, mission-driven, and service-oriented team! To support and enhance the mission of the Office of Residence Life (RLO), the Assistant Director is responsible for fostering an engaging and inclusive residential environment that supports student learning, belonging, and leadership. This position directly supervises approximately eight (8) Resident Assistants (RA) and oversees a residential area of approximately 194 residents. This position also oversees the staff development and training aspects for student staff, and the recruitment of RAs and Senior RAs.
