Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator Primary Purpose: Under general supervision, responsible for coordinating and providing support to the Academic and Student Affairs offices within the School of Health Sciences (SHS) on all three campuses. Responsibilities include management of course schedules, support of student registration, support of student success initiatives, and enhancing the student experience. Reports to Director of Academic and Student Affairs. Essential Functions: Supports the education journey of all students in SHS from enrollment management through graduation. Acts as primary point of contact for faculty, students, and administrative units regarding routing academic affairs inquiries and issues, providing detailed guidance and escalating complex concerns to the Director of Academic and Student Affairs.
