PROSPERAR Pathway Coach - PT The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach works collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, identities and life experiences. As a representative of one or more of the seven communities, this position centers on clearing the path for students to graduate, with targeted strategies to meet the needs of Hispanic and low-income students. The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will help students gain access to resources when most needed. Programming is focused on student skill development in time management, long-term planning, study skills, and self-advocacy to support academic retention and completion. Through individual and group advisement, the PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will ensure that students utilize the resources that have been recommended and monitor their impact on student success.
