Associate Dean, Student Conduct & Community Standards Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Life, Title IX, Title VI Coordinator and ADA Compliance (AVP), the Associate Dean of Student Conduct and Community Standards serves as the Senior Conduct Officer and a member of the AVP's leadership team. The Associate Dean is responsible for the administration of the student code of conduct, prevention, on-going education and programming in compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements. This position requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and effective communication associated with crisis intervention, meeting with diverse students, and interactions with staff and faculty. The position requires access to and management of confidential information and requires discretion and independent judgement.
