This position provides educational leadership for a unit of the college dedicated to the development, management, and administration of workforce and noncredit training and learning activities. The Director reports to and works in concert with the Vice President of Partnerships, Workforce and Southern Campuses to achieve the mission of the office and to promote economic, community, and personal development for citizens throughout the college’s nine-county service area. Essential Functions 1. Lead Program Development Direct the creation, marketing, and delivery of noncredit professional and personal development learning opportunities. 2.
