The Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management for residential communities that support student learning, engagement, and well-being. Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Director of Housing and Residence Life, this role supervises professional staff and indirectly supervises student staff, manages key operational areas, and contributes to departmental planning, assessment, and crisis response.
