This position plays a vital role in coordinating housing and dining plan assignments, maintaining student housing records, and managing the university identification system (Cardinal Card). This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours per week, 12 months per year. The Housing Operations Coordinator serves as a key administrative resource for students, parents, faculty, staff, and campus partners, ensuring accurate records, responsive customer service, and efficient housing and ID system operations.
