Job Summary
Missouri Western State University ( MWSU ) is now hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) for the Spring 2026 academic semester, beginning 1/12/2026 and ending 5/11/2026. Resident Assistants live in the residence halls and serve as a leader, helper, and resource person for students through individual resident interactions, conflict mediation, and community building. Resident Assistants (RAs) should show the initiative to think critically and creatively to solve problems. RAs should be able to communicate with and relate to a diverse group of students to understand their individual needs and to help those students establish strong social networks and connect with appropriate campus resources.
