Account Clerk - PT This is a public and student facing position. Main duties include student enrollment, class registration and add/drops of classes, guiding students on the application and admissions process, review and verification of residence applications, collecting tuition and fee payments, responding to financial aid and student billing questions and review reconciliation of cash receipts and discrepancies. Main duties also include answering telephones and acting as a live chat agent. May be asked to do other processing as needed; requires close attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task, and strong customer service skills. Does related work as required.
