  The NEH Keough-Naughton Fellowship Description With the support of a National Endowment for the Humanities Challenge Grant, the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies in the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for its postdoctoralfellowship program. The NEH Keough-Naughton Fellowship will enable an outstanding scholar to continue his or her research while in residence in the Keough-Naughton Institute for up to 3 years commencing with the academic year 2026-2027. The Fellowship is open to Ph.D. scholars in any area of Irish Studies. The stipend will be determined based on experience. Applicants from the humanities and social sciences whose work focuses on contemporary India are encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates from a wide range of disciplinary traditions and methodological orientations. CASI welcomes applications from scholars who have received their Ph.D. or equivalent degrees, or who will complete their degree by June 30, 2026.
