Postdoctoral Researcher in Stroke Neurology Location: University of Pennsylvania - Perelman School of Medicine Open Date: Apr 02, 2026 Deadline: The Favilla Lab and the Penn Comprehensive Stroke Center are seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join our multidisciplinary team in supporting multiple NIH funded projects that span translational and clinical topics in stroke neurology. The labs focuses on translating bedside cerebral hemodynamic monitoring techniques to refine novel biomarkers in stroke care. The Postdoctoral Researcher will receive training in bedside hemodynamic modalities (e.g., optical CBF imaging, TCD) in order to support ongoing projects. This role is unique in that it provides an opportunity for significant time at the bedside with human subjects (i.e., stroke patients or other critically ill patients enrolled in our studies).
