The VandalStore Off-Site Operations, Events, and Inventory Specialist oversees the operations of the Customer Creation Center and manages the flow of merchandise to off-site locations and pop-up events. This role ensures efficient preparation, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality control across multiple locations, including Joe on the Go!, the Coeur d’Alene Center, MOSS , and future expansion sites and merchandise lines. The specialist also serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the public, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store’s financial and operational goals.
