Voice & Network Technician I Job Summary: The Rollins College Information Technology Department is seeking a service and results-oriented Voice & Network Technician I to join their team! This position reports to the Network Architect and takes daily guidance from the Senior Voice & Network Technician and is an integral member of the team that installs and maintains low voltage cabling, phones, door access systems, and network equipment. They will assist in troubleshooting wired/wireless connectivity issues, supporting campus users and collaborates with vendors to ensure reliable, future ready layer 1 infrastructure.
