USER SERVICES SPECIALIST Position Number: S-3914 Position Summary: Oversees User Services Operations Sunday through Thursday. Shares oversight and responsibilities of the department’s Service Point Operations which includes user service points and all types of user support. Hires, schedules, trains, supervises and evaluates student employees in all aspects of customer service. Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree. One year of library work experience or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct the work of others. Effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
