Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic event personnel in many different areas, join our dynamic team as an event helper, room supervisor, and as an event server. As an Event Personnel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable event experience.
Essential Responsibilities
Set up event décor and clear event space at the completion of event to the specs of the event planner.
Work with the University Events Office Coordinator or room supervisor, to coordinate the event.
Help with the preparation of event details with the creation of event décor, such as balloon towers, centerpieces, etc.
Keep track of office supplies, stock and clean décor items.
Assist with bussing tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely service of meals.
