Exam Proctor (Temporary Employee Pool) Primary Purpose: The Exam Proctor is a temporary, part-time, non-benefit eligible position which includes the option of evening and weekend work. This position provides exam proctoring of students for assessments, quizzes, and final exams as scheduled. Proctors sign up online for exam slots on a first-come, first-serve basis according to date and times the proctors are available to work. There is no minimum or maximum number of hours per semester in which a proctor must and/or will be scheduled work. Proctor positions are for one (1) academic semester and may be renewed as needed. Essential Functions: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Interact with examinees (students). Assist with test administration. Assist in checking in or out examinees.
