Job Description:
The Student Engagement Specialist performs recruitment and outreach to support enrollment goals and develops student success initiatives for the Pensacola State College Charter Academy. Job duties include but are not limited to managing various recruitment efforts, conducting admissions presentations and advising on the admissions process, and arranging visits and tours for prospective students and parents. In addition, this position supports career exploration and implements student success and engagement activities designed to increase college readiness as well as college success for all Charter Academy students. Reports to the Dean, Charter Academy.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an institution that holds accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College, with a bachelor's degree and a valid Florida driver's license. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
