Support Professional, Academic Accommodations Testing Proctor Department: Academic Testing Services Location: Grand Rapids, MI The Support Professional & Academic Accommodations Testing Proctor provides support to the Testing Center operations. The Testing Center works collaboratively with the Disability Support Services department and provides testing accommodations for qualified GRCC students. This position resides in the Testing Center and is responsible for various aspects of processing and proctoring tests. The day to day responsibilities of this position include checking in students, answering phones, scheduling appointments, supporting student employees, overseeing exam administration and related testing services, ensuring confidentiality, accessibility and test security, and generally ensuring that testing accommodations approved by DSS are implemented as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
