Program will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of personal, academic and career student development interventions in support of the College's effort to increase student persistence, certificate/degree completion, and successful transfer to four-year institutions. The role includes grant management, recruitment and supervision of peer mentors and summer program facilitators, coordination of daily activities of the programs, outreach efforts, program development, non-academic student coaching, academic progress monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
